Customer Service Advisor (2pm - 10pm)

Uni Baggage is the No.1 Student Shipping company in the UK, we ship for tens of thousands of customers each term to over 200 countries and territories worldwide. Our offices are based in the Titanic Quarter, Belfast, N. Ireland.

You will be working in a fast moving online business. Your main responsibility is to assist customers with any problems or questions they may have. You will be interacting with customers via telephone, email, live chat and also managing online and telephone orders.

Important: We are looking for someone who would like to work between the hours 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday. Please only apply if you wish to work these hours. You will be working along side our customer service manager and the night manager. There are no sales calls involved, just helping our customers with their questions and processing orders for them.


Take queries via telephone and advise of Uni Baggage services

Manage online orders

Take telephone orders

Chat with customers on our Live Chat system

Process orders and prepare customs documents if required

Manage and report any IT problems

Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Other general office duties



Fluent English Speaker

Good Verbal Communication Skills

Good Telephone Manner

Self Motivator

Ability of cope under pressure


Good level of computer skills

GCSE Maths and English


Online/ecommerce experience

A-level education


Salary: Full Time: £18,000 PA - 40 hours a week

Location: Belfast, 85 Sydenham Road, BT3 9DJ

Hours: 40 hours a week (45 mins paid break a day)

Working hours: 14:00 - 22:00 Monday - Friday (may have to work other dates/times on occasions)

Holidays: 30 days of paid holidays (not to be taken 1st May – 30th June and 15th August - 15th October)
